Have fun in the Mid-Century Playhome Tent
If you can’t afford the real thing, then this Mid-Century Playhome Tent might be a good substitute in the meantime.
At least, it will be for your kids. Yes, this is a mini version for children and, to be honest, not a cheap one either. But look at it. Doesn’t it look amazing?
This is a mini version of a typical US midcentury modern home. Think Palm Springs in the 1950s. So a chimney and fireplace, screened doors, a roll-up front door, a postbox, and of course, plenty of retro graphics that take you and your children back to a bygone era.
But it is for kids, so don’t expect to be living out your midcentury modern architectural fantasies here. According to the listing, this is good for ages three and up, with a size of 43 Inches (H) x 52 Inches (W) x 36 Inches (D) if you want to check if your child will fit in it.
Downside? Well, for one, you’ll have to order from the US (if you aren’t already there), and secondly, this doesn’t come cheap. The price is $329.99, which works out to around £263 at the current exchange rate.
