Brutalist apartment: One-bedroom flat in the Erno Goldfinger-designed Trellick Tower, London W10
How do you fancy living in this brutalist masterpiece? If you do, there is a one-bedroom flat in the Erno Goldfinger-designed Trellick Tower, London W10 now on the market.
Yes, we are back to Trellick, hot on the heels of the Airbnb place and the rental we flagged up in this 1960s grade II-listed building.
But there are a couple of points worth raising about it. Firstly, this is only a one-bedroom apartment, so space a little more modest than some we have featured. Secondly, this is only on the third floor, so not really living in the sky.
But this is Trellick and as we haven’t seen many go up for sale of late, this is well worth checking out.
The flat itself looks well maintained and presented, perhaps updated a little too. The kitchen certainly looks recent to these eyes. Decent amount of space for a one-bed too. That includes the reception room with sliding doors to the balcony area, a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, that modern kitchen and the bathroom.
There’s also a lift (as you would hope) and a concierge service.
If you love a bit of concrete, go book a viewing. It is up for £399,950.
