On the market: 1970s three-bedroomed detached house in Woodham, Surrey
This is the most annoying property listing I have ever encountered. This 1970s three-bedroomed detached house in Woodham, Surrey is described as a ‘modern retro chic home’. But the agent seems to have done a strange job with the images.
I’ve tried various sources and I’ve found only exterior images of this incredibly distinctive 1976 build. So we’ll show you those and explain just what the property is said to offer. If you want to see inside, I guess you’ll have to travel up (or down) to Woodham.
According to the agent, the house has three bedrooms, a family bathroom, a luxury en-suite and what sounds like an impressive open plan living area covering around 50ft and including a breakfast bar and kitchen, leading into a utility room. There’s also two brick storage areas.
You’ll also find numerous floor to ceiling glass doors, with living room doors opening to the gardens and patio area, a view over a canal and a heated outdoor swimming pool.
It’s a shame we can’t see inside, but outside really does tweak our interest. £835,000 is the asking price.
