Bauhaus-themed bookends by Design Atelier Article
Love these, but there doesn’t seem to be a lot of stock of the Bauhaus-themed bookends by Design Atelier Article.
They are pretty much what you imagine they are – a pair of metal decorative bookends with a Bauhaus theme. Specifically, you are looking at the Bauhaus logo by Oskar Schlemmer dating back to 1922 and the Bauhaus building itself.
Each one is handmade and as produced as laser cut metal with a powder coating. Each one also has ‘anti-slip’ silicon pads for additional furniture protection.
They look great and at £47.60 (and free posting to the UK) they are great value too. Yes, another potential Christmas gift idea if you know a design lover and in particular, a modern design lover. Topical too with the Bauhaus centenary still running. Or just treat yourself – these will be with you within the week.
