WowHaus feature in this month’s World of Interiors magazine
Quite excited right now as there is a feature on WowHaus in the current (December 2018) edition of World of Interiors.
As you probably know, World of Interiors is one of the world’s most influential design magazines and always a good read. It’s one of the few magazines I read from cover to cover to each month. But as a rule, I don’t feature in it.
But all of that has changed this month, with the magazine approaching me to write a journal article as part of an ongoing (and interesting) series of people-focused columns.
My piece is sub-headed ‘journal of a modernist property scout’, which is a title I rather like. Anyway, beyond the catchy title (I can’t take credit for it sadly) and the lovely illustration (again, not mine), I have written a piece that hopefully gets across just what WowHaus is about.
The background to the site, some background about me personally, what inspired me and finally, just why some houses make it onto the pages of WowHaus and some don’t quite make the cut. Spoiler alert – it’s pretty much all down to the detail.
Do have a look for it if you happen to be near a newsagent today or if you use Readly (like me), it’s available to read right now on your phone or tablet, along with pretty much every other magazine in print right now. Oh and I think they do a trial for 99p for the first month, so that’s probably the cheapest way to read it.
