On the market 1950s modernist three-bedroomed house by Willy Van Der Meeren in Teralfene, near Brussels, Belgium
We’ve travelled a little further this time, but for good reason – as this 1950s modernist three-bedroomed house by Willy Van Der Meeren in Teralfene, near Brussels, Belgium is something of a period stunner.
It was designed by Van Der Meeren back in 1958 and is described as ‘valuable heritage’, which isn’t quite the same as listed, but not far off. You can see why from the images.
Upgraded in 2010, it keeps much of its original character, whilst adding in some modern touches. A nice mix of the old and new throughout those three bedrooms, living room, dining room, study, kitchen, utility room and bathroom. There’s also a garage and gardens, with a wall hiding the property from passers-by.
It’s on the market, with offers around the 400,000 Euros mark. See the site for more images.
