On the market: 1930s art deco property in St Andrews, Fife, Scotland
According to the agent, this 1930s art deco property in St Andrews, Fife, Scotland has ‘many original features’. It might need a viewing to confirm just what they are though.
Thanks to Patrick for flagging up what looks like a very well-maintained property with a good deal of character too.
The semi-detached property certainly has the look, with the frame of the house seemingly untouched over the decades. Love the windows on this place too.
Beyond that, we aren’t sure which features are original or not from the images we can see. But overall, it doesn’t seem overly updated. Modern finishes of course and a new kitchen, as you would expect. Otherwise a fairly neutral space that could easily take some more of the 1930s if you want to put it in.
A good amount of living space though. The details list that as a hallway, sitting room, dining room, breakfasting kitchen, a utility, five bedrooms, a bathroom and shower room.
A lovely garden outside, as well as a driveway and a garage finish things off.
St Andrews is likely to be a great place to live too. Although we are really basing that on a brief visit to the place a few years back. Offers over £520,000 if you are interested.
