We are very last minute on this, with the auction for the 1930s art deco property in Torquay, Devon you see above taking place tomorrow.
So with that in mind, one for someone reasonably local you would think. There is another downside too, which is a lack of images. We are just going by what the agent tells us. But it is an interesting prospect.

Those details point to a two storey detached residence that is ‘now requiring modernisation’. Oh yes, it also has some views out onto the coast too. Definitely a plus.
The house itself, which is in a ‘popular residential area’, is laid out with an entrance hall, kitchen, living room, dining room, WC and rear lobby on the ground floor, with the upstairs offering three bedrooms, a bathroom and WC. One of the bedrooms also gives access to the roof terrace too.

There is also a garage attached and the gardens, as you probably worked out, need work too. But they do look spacious.
As we said, the auction is tomorrow (4th November 2015) and the guide price for this is £275,000 – £300,000.
