Bid online: The Cabinet Rooms 20th Century online auction
On the hunt for a design classic? You need to have a look at The Cabinet Rooms 20th Century online auction, which starts tomorrow.
Tomorrow being 20th February 2018 at 7pm. Previously, The Cabinet Rooms has hosted pop-up auctions around the London area, but this time everyone can get in on the action via the website. All you need to do is browse the lots, get your bid in and hope it’s enough to secure one of the very stylish lots on offer.
What’s in the sale? Well, the best thing to do is have a browse of the lots online, but as a taster, we have picked out a few of our personal favourites.
Above is a Living Tower, manufactured by Vitra and designed by Verner Panton, estimated to go for between £4800 – £5200. Below is a Hans Wegner CH-07 Chair (£600 – £800), the Joe Glove Chair, designed by studio DDL, De Pas D’urbino and Lomazzi in 1968 (£4500 – £5000) and a 1930s Poul Henningsen Chandelier (£3000 – £4000).
So much more too. You can browse all the lots at The Cabinet Rooms and if you do bid, good luck.
