Not seen one of these on the market for a while, so pleased to feature this Huf Haus in Wanborough, Wiltshire.
Not the biggest and perhaps not the most striking. But this is less pricey than many we have featured in the fairly recent past, so that’s obviously a plus. Not that it’s a cheap option. More on that later.
For now, let’s look at the house itself, which is typical of Huf Haus modernism. Extensive glazing, beams and a fairly open plan design are all features you expect from the German builder, not to mention the quality of the build itself.
The ground floor is primarily open plan with a high-end kitchen that’s open to the ‘triple sided’ sitting room. Floor to ceiling glazing (triple glazed) and underfloor heating throughout too.
There are also two bedrooms and three bathrooms, with two cantilevered balconies to take in the views.
That’s not quite all the space. A large former stable block is double glazed and has independent heating, along with a kitchen/breakfast room, large office/sitting room and a bedroom with shower room.
The outside space also looks extensive, with a large parking area for numerous cars and landscaped gardens. Around 1.5 acres in total.
£825,000 is the guide price if you fancy it.
