Not a lot of background on this place, but we believe it is a 1950s Donald Honn-designed midcentury modern property in Tulsa, Oklahoma. We know it looks amazing.

The house dates back to 1958 and from what we can see, is either very well preserved or has been renovated very much in the style of the original build. Perhaps a mix of both.

The authenticity to the era starts from the period front door, which is surrounded by what we would presume to be original stonework. Once inside, it just gets better.

Exposed brick, wood panel ceilings and more stonework, not to mention a plethora of 1950s (and ‘50s-inspired) fixtures and fittings, including a rather smart brick fireplace and a retro kitchen that part opens onto the dining space. The agent flags up that this place is ‘rich with architectural history’. That’s definitely the impression we get too.

The master bedroom is also something special, complete with an en-suite as well as full height glazing to take in the surrounding garden each morning. Lovely.

As for space, this open-plan property has around 3,162 sq. ft. in total. That includes three bedrooms and four bathrooms as well as the considerable main living area, which seems to flow around with ease.
