On the market: Two-bedroom architect-designed property in London W8
Presumably this started out as something much more ‘period’. But I love what has been done to this two-bedroom architect-designed property in London W8.
The frontage doesn’t look much, I’m guessing you would use the word ‘understated’ for it. But the rear side and some if the interior is just stunning.
The house has space over three floors, all connected by a glass spiral staircase. That’s got to be a key selling point. It isn’t the last of the glass either.
The rear of the house is a wall of curved glass, which in turn creates a light and bright living space within, helped by a circular roof light above the kitchen / dining area.
Talking of space, you get a main reception room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen, with some outdoor space too accessible down a metal stairway. An integral garage finishes things off.
Great design, wonderful use of space and certainly a wow factor too. But as you might expect, it doesn’t come cheap. This place is on the market for £2,750,000.
