The house dates to 1963 and according to Cath, they have updated the property with a new kitchen and bathrooms, but have retained many original features including the original windows, open tread stairs to the first floor and the stair divider with broad reeded glass in the main living area. Some nice clean finishes throughout too, with some period midcentury furnishings (not staying we presume) adding to the look.
