On the market: 1960s single-storey modernist property in South Croydon, Surrey
Not enough internal shots of this place for us, but what we can see points to this 1960s single-storey modernist property in South Croydon, Surrey as being an interesting house for sale.
The agent gives little away about it, only pointing out that it was built in the 1960s and is ‘unusual’. We would guess that it is an individual architect design, but we don’t have a name. If you know more, do add a comment below or drop us a line.
It looks like some improvements have been done over the years, but probably not a great a deal other than decor and updating the kitchen some years back. Sadly we’re not in the area or we would have dropped in on the open day (15th March 2014 if you are nearer than us).
The floorplan points to a layout of two bedrooms, a reception room, garden room, hallway and entrance area, kitchen, bathroom and shower room. There’s also a built in garage, plenty of gardens and outdoor space plus a driveway for ‘several cars’. Vacant possession too.
If you are interested, the asking price is £550,000. Get in touch with the agent if you want to know more about the house or open day.
