This one slipped onto the market last month and passed us by. But we have eventually caught up with the five-bedroom single-storey modernist property in Llansannor, Vale Of Glamorgan, South Wales.

We don’t have a lot of detail to go on, but we suspect it is fairly modern, Not a new build, as it did previously sell in 2009, but we think we are safe in assuming it was built in the last 10 years.
The agent describes this as ‘Scandinavian-style’, but we think it is more generally European. Possible Huf-esque (yes, we are using that word again), certainly when you look at the interior.
That inside layout is clean and open plan, with floor-to-ceiling windows in the main reception space for a bright living area. Love that part wall too, which keeps the dining area separate from, but still part of the main living space.
As for space, well there is plenty of that outside, with over half an acre of landscaped garden. According to Stephen, this house isn’t recent, but was designed by Penarth Architects Hird and Brooks. ‘The Drive’ is the third award-winning development by them in the area, dating from 1972.
