Not really enough detail on offer about this, but we like what we see of this 1960s Harold Esten-designed Jasper House in Bethesda, Maryland, USA.
It’s up for rental and looks like the kind of place you could just move into. Definitely a good amount of renovation taken place, but in keeping with the original design.
In fact, you are not short of period features here. Just look at the exterior, front and back. This is definitely 1960s cool. Inside is very plain and simple, but the likes of the fireplace and the staircase, not to mention the floor-to-ceiling windows all look original to the 1966 build.
As for space, that’s not detailed, but we do know it’s probably plentiful with five bedrooms and three bathrooms within the 2,600 sq. ft. of accommodation. Very large garage space underneath the house too, plus around a quarter of an acre of land around.
If you want to live here, the rental price is $4,700 per month for what’s said to be a house valued around the $1,000,000 mark.
