We don’t know how much this Michael Crowley-designed contemporary modernist property in Grove Park, London SE5 is, but we suspect it isn’t cheap for numerous reasons.

For a start, this is 5,000 sq. ft. of high end contemporary living space, sat in around a third of an acre of private grounds and behind a gated driveway. Already we can see the price edging up and up. Throw in a detached lodge (extending to approximately 1000 sq. ft.) as part of the deal and we’re off the scale.

But if you have some money, perhaps after a Lotto win or large inheritance, you might want to check it out. Designed by a local architect Michael Crowley and apparently nominated for various awards, it offers a house geared to maximising natural light and packed full of high-end finishing touches – underfloor heating, electric remotely operated blinds and a Crestron Entertainment System controlling lighting and music are mentioned, but when you see the room breakdown, you’ll work out that those are just the tip of the iceberg.

Talking of space, this place offers five bedrooms, all with en-suite, including a large air-conditioned master suite with dressing room and luxurious bathroom, along with a generous reception spaces, an air-conditioned media room, an air-conditioned gym and sauna and a Lida Cucina designer Italian kitchen with Meile and Kupperbusch appliances. Outside, you’ll find an electric gate with video entry system CCTV and Texecom monitored intruder alarm system and professionally designed gardens with extensive planting, along with plenty of space for entraining.
