An interesting property flagged up by Dan Nozworthy, although we’re having to guess many of the finer details of this 1970s three bedroom detached bungalow in Rhyd-Y-Foel, Conwy, North Wales.

We don’t even know if this is a 1970s build, just a guess looking at the design and decor. It could easily have sneaked into the 1960s. Either way, it’s a midcentury place, found not far from the North Wales coast.

Period features abound, from the fireplace to the, oak flooring, ceilings and windows, although the pictures also show a modernised house too, which indicates a renovation has already started of this ‘individually designed’ house. You’ve still time to save that fireplace though.

As for space, plenty of that, as well as a heated swimming pool, which you might not expect. In terms of specifics, there’s an open timbered entrance, hallway, cloakroom, large lounge, large ‘through’ living room, fitted kitchen and breakfast room, a utility room, wet room, three bedrooms, a large bathroom and shower room, along with a double garage and parking space outside. Some good garden space too.
