Contemporary modernist house in Harrogate, North Yorkshire
I don’t know about you, but when I think about Harrogate, I think of houses very much ‘of an era’. Houses very different to this five-bedroomed house in Harrogate, North Yorkshire.
Details of its (recent) heritage aren’t obvious from any of the online listings, so sadly, we can’t offer the name of the architect for example. Instead, you’ll have to make do with the images and the basic details about the house. That – and the price – are probably enough.
It’s an open-plan property, modernist in inspiration and with ‘a prime South Harrogate address’. Substantial too, covering 3,850 sq. ft. over three floors, as well as being surrounded by landscaped gardens.
In terms of layout, there are five bedrooms, all with ‘a decorative balcony arrangement’, along with two open-plan reception rooms and a double-height 40ft long living kitchen. Five bathrooms too – just so everyone gets one.
Outside, there are those gardens, as well as private parking. More shots on the website, with an asking of price of £1,350,000 being sought.
