We would guess 1960s, with the property apparently designed and built by the original owner, producing something incredibly distinct on a private road, backing onto a wildlife area.

It needs some updating, but there is plenty of space to play with here and some nice period features too – like the hallway for example and of course, that ‘jaunty’ shape which really catches the eye.

In terms of layout, we’re talking a ground floor with a large vestibule, three reception rooms, a sunroom, fitted kitchen, utility room and downstairs shower room. To the first floor there are three bedrooms and family bathroom and a large storage area behind a ‘secret door’ in the master bedroom which could be utilised.
