Looking for a project? Well, this 1960s modernist five-bedroom house in West Kirby, Merseyside is certainly that – and could make you a few quid in the process.

The area is a sought-after one, so the large plot alone is going to drum up interest. But we’re not into land, we’re into houses – and this is a gem. Details from the agent are scarce, but it’s fair to say that this is a 1960s, modernist-inspired place with an interesting design, almost certainly the work of a forward-thinking architect.
