The house was the work of Malcolm Pringle, then of Austin Vernon & Partners, dating back to the mid-1960s. It’s a house very much of its era, but at the same time, one that still works in the 21st century.

As for the space, that’s over three floors and includes a large open-plan living / dining area (with access to the balcony), a separate kitchen and a WC on the ground floor, with three bedrooms and a family bathroom (which we like very much) on the first floor. A utility room and a garage can be found on the lower ground floor.
