I don’t expect them to be cheap, but I do like the look of these five-bedroom modernist town houses in North Kensington, London W10.
More than a hint of 1930s modernism about them, although this is very much contemporary living, sat in what’s described as a ‘beautiful and tranquil corner of North Kensington’.
Space is actually over five floors, with plenty of specification built into each, including underfloor heating, media connectivity, high-end kitchen appliances and more. Views across Kensington Memorial Park are likely to be a selling point too, as well as your own private garden and two underground parking spaces to the rear.
As for that space inside, it is described as ‘flexible’, but generally laid out with 40ft reception rooms, five bedrooms with fitted storage, a designer bespoke kitchen. three bathrooms (one en-suite) plus an en-suite shoer room, dining room, breakfast room, family room, study/playroom, media room, utility room, cloakroom and three terraces.
So a lot of space and a lot of luxury. With that in mind, we think all of these town houses will come at a premium. We don’t know exactly how much though, as it is price on application.
