It needs work though, that’s for sure. We suspect this was a 1960s build, although we don’t now for sure, with the exterior very much in the midcentury style. Inside is a bit of a mix but it does offer a decent blank canvas, from what we can see. Sadly, the agent doesn’t really have enough images on the site to show it off fully.

But it is deceptively spacious, that’s for sure. Go through that hardwood front door and porch and you’ll be in the hall, leading to the lounge, those four bedrooms, a fitted bathroom, a kitchen/breakfast room (which looks messy at best) and an attached garage.

‘Substantial gardens’ surround the property and beyond that is a view of the sea.

So work is required, but it could be quite a cool seaside hangout. £295,000 is the asking price.
